Refund & cancellation policy

If you cancel

• More than 30 days before the course start date: full refund of any fees paid, including the deposit.
• Between 30 and 14 days before the course start date: 50% refund of the total course fee.
• Less than 14 days before the course start date: no refund is available, but your balance can be transferred as credit toward future course dates, subject to availability.

Cancellations must be confirmed in writing to hello@londondentalacademy.co.uk. The date we receive your written cancellation is the date used to apply the terms above.

If we cancel or reschedule

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or reschedule a course, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to the new dates.

Transfers

Places are transferable to another cohort subject to availability and any difference in fee. Requests to transfer are treated as a cancellation and re-booking unless made more than 30 days before the original start date.

Deposits

A deposit reserves your place and is deducted from the total course fee. Deposits are refundable under the terms above and are not an additional charge.
